3D Modelling
Many operations of analysis can be performed from our models such as:
- Sun studies for right to light surveys
- Structural analysis on assigned material elements
- Animation/still view renders to show design concepts and changes to existing conditions
Many companies prefer to use our services for modelling as-built conditions before making their own modifications. This allows them to focus on producing detailed design proposals instead of spending valuable time on modelling from 2D plans. As a consequence, the reliability and accuracy of the proposals increases in quality.

Photogrammetry
Photogrammetry is widely used in surveying to aid in the measurement and highly detailed 3D documentation of subjects ranging from small archaeological artefacts to large buildings and statues. This technique involves the use of high quality cameras, computers and measuring devices such as total stations.
Cameras can even be deployed from drones to create an accurate topographical model of a landscape.
